JSC Latvijas kuģniecība (LASCO) hereby informs that on 5 April 2005 Riga Central 

District Court issued ruling that forbids to register the decisions of JSC Latvijas 

kuģniecība Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of 11 February 2005, the 

decisions of the Council elected by this meeting and the decisions of the Board of 

Directors elected by this Council.
