AS IPS Optimus fondi has changed its legal name to SEB Unifondi



AS IPS “Optimus Fondi”, a subsidiary of AS “SEB Latvijas Unibanka”, has 

changed its legal name due to rebranding of SEB group companies in the 

Baltics. The company was registered in the Commercial register of the 

Republic of Latvia as “SEB Unifondi” Ieguldījumu pārvaldes akciju sabiedrība 

(SEB Unifondi Asset Management) on April 19, 2005.

SEB Unifondi currently managesthe following assets: three portfolios –

fund - Real Estate Fund, four portfolios of the state-funded pension scheme – 

Optimus Active Plan, Optimus Balanced Plan, Optimus Latvia Plan and Optimus 

Europe Plan - as well as private investment portfolios.
