MERKO EHITUS DIVIDEND AND STOCK DIVIDEND ISSUE



AS Merko Ehitus will close the list of shareholders for dividend payments 

and stock dividend issue on 11.05.2005 at 8.00 a.m. 

 

Proceeding from the above, shares of AS Merko Ehitus are traded 

cum-dividend for year 2004 and cum-rights for stock dividend issue for 

the last day today, on 05.05.2005. The shares will go ex-dividend for 

year 2004 and ex-rights for stock dividend issue tomorrow, on 06.05.2005.

 

AS Merko Ehitus will pay dividends EEK 6.50 (EUR 0.42) per share and 

will issue one new share per each existing share.
