JSC Grindeks information on purchase of TPP shares 



On May 6, 2005 a transaction was concluded where JSC Grindeks bought 

18 581 shares of Tallinn Pharmaceutical Plant (TPP).

Tallinn Pharmaceutical Plant is a daughter company of JSC Grindeks and after 

the performance of the above mentioned bargain, JSC Grindeks holds 1 187 577 

shares, what makes 95,0062% of TPP stock capital.
