JSC “Grindeks” shareholders’ pre-emptive rights



Subsequent to JSC “Grindeks” announcement  of 10.05.2005 about shareholders’ 

pre-emptive rights to the share issue, the RSE informs that the shareholders who 

purchase “Grindeks” shares on the auto match market on May 13, 2005, will not be 

able to exercise their pre-emptive rights to the forthcoming share issue. The 

agenda item on share capital increase will be reviewed by “Grindeks”  AGM, to 

convene on May 18, 2005.
