TRADING IN HARJU ELEKTER SHARES



After registration of increase in AS Harju Elekter share capital with Business 

Registry and re-registration of 11,200,000 bonus issue shares of AS Harju Elekter 

with Estonian CSD, the mentioned shares will be transfered from shortname 

HAE3T to shortname HAE1T as of today, 20.05.2005.



Thus, altogether 16,800,000 ordinary shares of AS Harju Elekter (ISIN: EE3100004250) 

will be traded on the TSE Main list under common shortname HAE1T as of today, 

20.05.2005.
