Registry and re-registration of 8,850,000 bonus issue shares of AS Merko Ehitus 

with Estonian CSD, the mentioned shares will be transfered from shortname 

MKO4T to shortname MKO1T as of today, 23.05.2005.



Thus, altogether 17,700,000 ordinary shares of AS Merko Ehitus (ISIN: EE3100003559) 

will be traded on the TSE Main list under common shortname MKO1T as of today, 

23.05.2005.
