RESOLUTIONS OF SUPERVISORY BOARD MEETING



The supervisory board of AS Norma held its first meeting in its 

new composition on 18 May 2005 and re-elected Jörgen I. Svensson 

as its chairman.



AS Norma granted the resignation request of Peeter Tibbo, 

management board member and director of marketing and development,

and recalled him from the management board as from 23 June.



The management board of AS Norma continues with six members.
