ADOPTED DECISIONS OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDER' MEETING



On 20 March, 2000 the general meeting of AB Bankas SNORAS shareholders took

place. It was decided to :

1) approve the report of AB Bankas SNORAS Board on AB Bankas SNORAS activity

in 1999;

2) approve the report of the internal auditor of AB Bankas SNORAS;

3) approve AB Bankas SNORAS audited financial statements of 1999;

4) approve the appropriation account of 1999 of AB Bankas SNORAS;

5) approve estimate income - expenses account of AB Bankas SNORAS for 2000;

6) increase the number of the Board of AB Bankas SNORAS to 7 members.
