REGISTR. OF AMEND. TO THE ARTICL.OF ASSOC. WITH THE REGIST.



On 23 March, 2000 the increased capital of AB Ūkio Bankas and amendments

to the Articles of Association regarding the increase of the authorised

capital were registered with the Lithuanian Bank. The authorised capital

of AB Ūkio Bankas was increased from LTL 60.000.000 to LTL 72.707.988.
