CHANGE OF THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD



On 7 January 2000  the Supervisory Board decided:

to relieve the Board of SP AB Kauno Energija and to appoint a new one

(its members being A. Sabaliauskas, R. Juozaitis, R. Rutka, S. Karčiauskas,

R. Bakas, B. Stulpinas, R. Noreika); to appoint A. Sabaliauskas Chairman of

the new Board.



The sitting of the Board  decided to appoint R. Juozaitis Director General

of  SPAB Kauno Energija.
