CHANGE OF THE SHAREHOLDERS PART IN THE AUTHOR. CAPT.



On 23 February, 2000 AB Lietuvos Žemźs Ūkio Bankas brokerage department 

made certain entries in the Bank's share register and which  are related

to share exchange between the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of

Lithuania and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. After this

was done, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development acquired

123, 127 shares or 11.37% of the authorised capital  of Lietuvos Žemės 

Ūkio Bankas. The share of the Ministry of Finance in the authorised capital

decreased from 87.39%  to 76.02%
