LEASE OF THE ISSUER'S PROPERTY



On 3  March, 2000 the sitting of the Board of Vilniaus Vingis approved that

the aggregate acquisition value of the company's leased assets exceeded 5%

of the issuer's authorised capital after the ordinary lease agreement of

non-dwelling premises was

signed on March 2, 2000,pursuant to which the total area of 1261.3 square

metres worth LTL 541, 259.9 was leased to be used for the lessee's business

activities for the period of three years.
