ISSUER'S TRIAL PROFIT/ LOSS ACCOUNT FOR 1999



According to the preliminary data, in 1999 the company suffered

LTL 4, 952, 701 loss that resulted from writing off debt liabilities

recognized by the court order, from writting off bad debts, from provisions

from the profit due to revaluation of construction  in progress  to reflect

the market price, and from provisions from the profit on doubtful

receivables.
