ADOPTED DECISIONS OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



At the shareholders’ meeting of 21 April 2000, Articles of Association

were amended, as the number of the Board members was reduced from 10 to 9.

Arnoldas Burkovskis, Virginijus Jankauskas, Edvardas Karečka, Voldemaras

Klovas, Julius Kvaraciejus, Regina Kvaraciejienė, Kristina Mileiko,

Valentinas Paura, and Aleksandras Smaginas were elected members of the new

Board of the company.Voldemaras Klovas was re-elected chairman of the Board,

Julius Kvaraciejus was appointed head of the administration - president.
