ADOPTED DECISIONS OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 18 July 2000, a general shareholders’ meeting took place. The Board was

supplemented with tho newly elected members -Andrius Jovaiša and Vaidas

Savukynas. Decision regarding sale of a share of the company’s real estate was

aproved.
