ISSUER’S PROFIT/LOSS ACCOUNT FOR THE FIRST HALF OF 2000



On 1 August 2000, AB GRIGIÐKËS Board discussed results of the

company’s activities for the first half of 2000:

a)  revenues from sales and services rose by 18.3% (sales of wooden hard

board rose by  49%) and totaled to LTL 29.688m

b)  The company incurred losses of LTL 505413 because of the falling euro

and 23% decrease in wooden hard board market.
