ADOPTED DECISIONS OF THE GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 6 October 2000, the extraordinary meeting of AB Bankas Snoras shareholders

took place. At the meeting, Maurice Taylor, chairman of the Supervisory Board,

and Jurij Rapoport, member of the Supervisory Board, were removed from the

office at their own request. Dinos Constantinou and Juozas Kabašinskas were

elected members of the Bank’s Supervisory Board.
