ISSUER’S TRIAL PROFIT/LOSS ACCOUNT FOR IIIQ



The anticipated net profit of AB Pieno Zvaigzdes , which not yet approbated by

the Board of the company, for nine months of this year accounts for LTL 6.7

million. The results will be revised and approved at the sitting of the Board

on 18 October 2000.
