CANCELING OF THE EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



At the sitting of the company’s Board as of 21 November 2000, it was decided to

cancel the extraordinary meeting of Klaipėdos Transporto Laivynas shareholders,

which was to take place at 1pm, on 1 December 2000, with the following agenda:

1) mortgage of the company’s property for AB Lietuvos Žemės Ūkio Bankas;

2) approval of the terms of the audit companies’ competition and of the

procedure of the contest organisation.
