ADOPTED DECISIONS OF THE GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



The extraordinary meeting of SPAB Stumbras shareholders, which was held on

24 November 2000, decided that the audit of the company’s economic and

financial activity for the period 2000 – 2002 shall be conducted by the general

partnership of A. Kabokienė and V. Jakutienė which has one the competition.
