APPOINTMENT OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THEBOARD AND DIRECTOR GENERAL



After resignation of Kęstutis Linkus, chairman of the Board, starting from

3 January 2001, the Supervisory Board of AB Klaipėdos Baldai appointed

Ričardas Kiaurakis chairman of the Board. After resignation of Kęstutis Linkus,

director general, starting from 3 January 2001, the Supervisory Board of

AB Klaipėdos Baldai appointed Eimuntas Jankauskas, Production Director, was

appointed acting director general.
