CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD WAS ELECTED



On 9 January 2001, a sitting of the Supervisory Council took place,

where it was decided to:

1) recall chairman of the Board, Director General Michael John Baron;

2) elect Urmas Reimand chairman of the Board;

3) appoint the Board member Albinas Jasiulevičius head of administration –

Director General.
