ADOPTED DECISIONS OF THE SITTING OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD



On 26 February 2001, a sitting of the company’s Supervisory Board took place.

At the sitting it was decided to :

1) elect Liudmila Suboč chairman of the Supervisory Board;

2) appoint new Board;

3) appoint Juozas Raišelis chairman of the Board.
