CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 13 April 2001, a general meeting of AB "Dvarčionių keramika" shareholders

will take place at 2 Keramikų St., in Vilnius.

On the agenda:

1) report of the Board on the activity in 2000;

2) report of auditor (internal auditor) on financial statements of 2000;

3) approval of the company’s annual financial statements;

4) appropriation of profit/loss;

5) decrease of the authorised capital;

6) amendments to the Articles of Association.
