RESOLUTIONS OF THE BOARD AND THE SUPERVISORY BOARD



On 23 March 2001, sittings of the company’s Board and Supervisory Board were

held.

1. the Board decided to dismiss Jonas Makštelė from the position of the

Director General and Chairman of the Board as of 30 March, 2001 upon mutual

agreement.

2. The Supervisory Board decided to:

  2.1. approve the dismissal of Jonas Makštelė from the position of the

Director General as of 30 March, 2001;

  2.2. dismiss the Board of AB"Anykščių vynas" as of 23 March 2001;

  2.3. appoint Vidmantas Kanopa director general as of 30 March 2001.
