APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMEN OF BOARD AND SUPERVISORY BOARD



On 2 April 2001, following the decision of the Supervisory Board of

AB Ūkio Bankas Liutauras Varanavičius was elected chairman of

the Supervisory Board, Vygantas Sliesoraitis was appointed chairman

of the Board as of 3 April 2001.
