REGARDING ISSUE PRICE



The Board of AB Pieno Žvaigždės decided to establish the issue price of

LTL 2.15 for the newly issued 9,000,500 ORS at LTL 1 par and distribute these

shares as follows: 4,250,000 shares to "Swedfund International AB" and

4,755,000 shares to SwedenAgri Invest".
