REGISTATION OF ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION



On 19 April 2001, the company’s Articles of Association were registered with

the Register of Enterprises of the Economics Ministry due to decisions passed

by the general shareholders’ meeting.

The par value of shares is changed from LTL 25.00 to LTL 5.00.

Preference shares were converted into ordinary registered shares.
