Following the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Lithuania

as of 12 April 2001 did no satisfy the cassation complaint of the State

property Fund regarding recognition of the decision, adopted at the

general shareholders’ meeting, void (increase of the authorised capital).

Resolution of Panevėžys County Court as of 8 June 2000 an decisions of

Civil Cases Division of the Court of Appeal of Lithuania as of 12

September 2000 remain in force.
