CHANGE OF THE MANAGING BODIES



On 8 May 2001, following the resolution of the Supervisory Board of SPAB

Stumbras (Minutes No. 3) the company’s Management Board was dismissed.

Following the resolution as of 8 May 2001 (Minutes No.4) the following four

persons were elected members of the Management Board:

Chairman of the Board - Vidimantas Švabas, director general of

SPAB"Stumbras" Vice Chairman - Antanas Samoška, director of Šilutė factory

of SPAB "Stumbras" Members - Gediminas Petrauskas, chairman of the Board

of VĮ Kauno mokslo technologijos parkas "Nova" (Kaunas science technology park

Nova);

- Kęstutis Štaras, advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania
