Pursuant to the decision of the Management Board of

the NSEL as of 28 June 2001, securities of

Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste AB will be removed

from the Current List from 29 June 2001.

The Securities Commission annulled registration

of the said securities and the Central Depository

closed their general account.
