DECISIONS ADOPTED BY THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD



On 30 July 2001, the NSEL Management Board resolved to:

1) suspend trading in Mazeikiu Nafta AB ORS (code 11555 and code 12520)

from 6 August 2001 until the announcement day of the material event regarding

shareholders’ meeting (on the agenda - increase and reduction of the authorised

capital);

2) suspend trading in Lifosa AB ORS (code 11669) from 9 August 2001 until the

announcement day of the material event regarding shareholders’ meeting (on the

agenda - reduction of the authorised capital);

3) remove ORS of Vilniaus Bankas AB (code 10134) from the group of Unlisted

securities, to which central market procedures are applied, from 1 August 2001.
