REGARDING SEMI-ANNUAL RESULTS OF LIETUVOS DRAUDIMAS AB



Lietuvos Draudimas AB notified the Stock Exchange that the company’s semi-

annual  financial results will be announced at noon, on 6 August 2001.

The delay occurred due to common requirements applied by the Copenhagen Stock

Exchange to Lietuvos Draudimas’ major shareholder Codan A/S.
