TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB MAZEIKIU NAFTA SUSPENDED



Upon the decision of Listing Department as of 22 August 2001, in order to

secure investors’ interests (reduction of the authorised capital by reducing

number of shares proportionally), trading in ORS of AB Mazeikiu Nafta (code

11555 and code 12520) will be suspended from 23 August 2001 until the day of

general account correction at the Central Securities Depository inclusive.
