THE COMPANY’S BUSINESS PLAN WAS AMENDED



On 10 September 2001, a sitting of the Management Board of Vilniaus Vingis

took place. At the sitting it was decided to supplement the company’s business

plan by allotting LTL 2.5m for investments in 2001.
