TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB DVARCIONIU KERAMIKA SUSPENDED



Upon the decision of Listing Department as of 12 September 2001, in order to

secure investors’ interests (reduction of the authorised capital by reducing

number of shares proportionally), trading in ORS of AB Dvarcioniu keramika

(code 12231) will be suspended from 13 September 2001 until the day of

general account correction at the Central Securities Depository inclusive.
