DECISIONS ADOPTED AT THE SITTING OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD



At the sitting of the Supervisory Board of Grigiskes AB, held on 13 September

2001, it was decided:

1) elect Norimantas Stankevicius chairman of the Supervisory Board;

2) Gintautas Pangonis was elected chairman of the Management Board.

Audris Vilcinskas, Tautvilas Adamonis, Normantas Paliokas, and

Vigmantas Kazukauskas were elected members of the Management Board.
