TRADING IN SECURITIES OF VENTUS-NAFTA AB WILL BE SUSPENDED



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 28 September 2001,

trading in ORS of Ventus-Nafta AB (code 12452) will suspended from 1 October

2001 until the correction day of the general account with the Central

Depository inclusive in order to protect interests of investors (reduction of

the authorised capital by proportionally reducing the number of shares).
