Unaudited net profit of AB Lietuvos Zemes Ukio Bankas, earned during three

quarters (nine months) of 2001, amounts to LTL 14,754thou. The Bank’s

unaudited net profit during the corresponding accountable period last year

made LTL 7,108thou.
