TRADING IN SECURIT. OF AB NAFTOS-TERMINALAS WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 31 October 2001,

trading in securities of AB Naftos Terminalas (code 11166) will be renewed

from 5 November 2001 without applying price fluctuation margins. The general

shareholders’ meeting adopted a decision regarding increase of the authorised

capital and reduction of the par value of shares.
