ISSUER’S TRIAL RESULT OF ACTIVITY IN THE 3RD QUARTER



On 26 October 2001, a sitting of the Management Board of AB Klaipedos

Transporto Laivynas took place. At the sitting, the preliminary result of

the company’s activity in the third quarter was approved. The result is a

loss of LTL 917,348.
