CHANGE OF THE HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION



On 5 November 2001, sittings of the Council of Observers and the Management

Board took place (minutes No. 3 and No.7).

A proposal concerning the termination of an employment contract according to

Article 27 of the Law on the Employment Contract was submitted by the

director general.

It was decided to:

1) approve the proposal of the director general and terminate the employment

contract from 5 November 2001;

2) appoint Audrius Susas, director of the Strategic Development Department,

a new head of administration from 6 November 2001.
