TRADING IN SHARES OF AB ALYTAUS TEKSTILE WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 26 November 2001,

trading in shares of AB Alytaus Tekstile will be renewed from 29 November

2001 without applying price fluctuation margins.

On 28 November 2001, the number of securities in the issue No. 10090 will

be changed with the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania. After the

change, the size of the issue No. 10090 will equal 84,462,726 units at LTL

1 par. The total nominal value equals LTL 84,462,726.
