DECISION OF THE MANAG. BOARD AS OF 10 DEC. 2001 IS CANCELLED



On 17 December 2001, the Management Board of AB Mazeikiu Nafta passed a

written resolution to annul the decision of the company’s Management Board

as of 10 December 2001 (regarding convocation of the extraordinary meeting

of AB Mazeikiu Nafta shareholders).
