TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB ANYKSCIU VYNAS WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 28 December 2001,

trading in securities (code 11277) of Anyksciu Vynas will be renewed without

applying price fluctuation margins on 29 December 2001. At the shareholders’

meeting it was decided to reduce the company’s authorised capital.
