DECISIONS OF MANAGEM. BOARD OF THE STOCK EXCHANGE (07/01/02)



On 7 January 2002, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to

remove ordinary registered shares of AB Dirbtinis Pluostas (code 10206) from

the group of Unlisted securities to which central market procedures are

applied from 9 January 2002, on the basis of the decision No. 34 of the

Management Board of the NSEL  as of 10 May 1999.
