Upon the decision of the NSEL Listing Department as of 7 January 2002, price

fluctuation margins will not be applied to the securities of AB “Lietuvos

Draudimas” from 9 January 2002.



A new issue will be assimilated with the issue of AB “Lietuvos Draudimas” No.

12194. After the changes occur, the size of the issue No. 12194 will be 635587

shares with a face value of LTL 35 and a total face value of LTL 22245545.
