SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING OF AB LIFOSA DID NOT TAKE PLACE



Shareholders’ meeting of AB Lifosa did not take place on 13 February 2002 due

to absence of quorum. According to article 29, paragraph 1 of the Law on

Companies of the Republic of Lithuania, a new shareholders’ meeting of AB

Lifosa will be convoked on 1 March 2002 at 12 pm.
