DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT  BOARD (18 02 2002)



On 18 February 2002, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1) admit ORS of AB Naujieji Verkiai (code 10282, ticker NVER) to the Current

List from 25 February 2002. Price fluctuation margins shall not be applied.

2) Suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Kauno Audiniai (code 10154) on

20 February 2002 due to the general shareholders’ meeting.
